SMART BUILD: aim at a Replicator part and LEFT CLICK to grab it; LEFT CLICK again to place it. PLACE is the snap command — it uses the exact visible drop position, checks magnetic mates, and falls back to the authored ghost target when close. No cursor mode or separate SNAP button is required. Connected subassemblies check every exposed joint when placed. Held parts and assemblies now follow the camera in full 3D: look up to raise them and look down to lower them. Desktop: aim at a connected part and press E to detach just that part; wheel changes reach, Q/E trims height offset while holding, and right-drag rotates. Mobile: use GRAB → PLACE and the contextual DETACH button; normal look raises/lowers the held object. Two fingers now manipulate the OBJECT without moving the camera: slide left/right rotates it, slide up/down trims height, and pinch changes reach. AUTO-SNAP can be turned on/off in PRECISION. The mobile Precision panel docks to the upper-left and is translucent so the object stays visible. Open PRECISION only for fine adjustment, snap preference, lock/unlock, whole-package movement, reset, or restore. GLB/GLTF imports preserve embedded materials/textures; self-contained GLB is recommended.
